Deer often exhibit a reluctance to move from the open woods, after leaf drop, into open fields. A buffer strip of Wildlife Milo Mix will provide a comfort tansition zone along the outside edge of the tree line. The Wildlife Milo Mix combines the best attributes of both the WGF(red endopserm) and WWF(cream endosperm), for the extended seed head and winter cover. Seeding rate is 25 lbs/acre. Work up the seed bed and drill or broadcast seed and cover to a depth of 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
